The terrain is flat, surrounded by buildings, and deep. The project sought to build a large garden that permeates the house and builds its own landscape.
Two parallel lines of concrete walls define the supports of the suspended plans.
On the ground level, glass enclosures guarantee visual continuity from the entrance, through the water feature, the living room, the swimming pool, to the game room.
After the first concrete pour, the construction is an assembly. The upper slabs are supported by metal beams between the gables.
A staircase connects the basement, with the wine cellar, to the top floor at canopy height. At this level, a longitudinal circulation gallery houses the library, and opens to the inner courtyard and the double-height living room.
All bedrooms face north, including a small independent apartment at the back.
