Hotel

The organization into blocks was the strategy to create a delicate relationship between building and natural landscape. The blocks are connected by walkways, which in turn cross not only the buildings but also the gardens and pools on a high level. The rooms always have balconies protected by movable panels of shutters, which create a transition capable of attenuating the strong northeastern sun. The shutters are articulated and projected to increase the shade area of the apartments. The existing coconut trees on the site are fully incorporated into the design.

Residential building

With one unit on the first floor and two more units above. While the first enjoys a garden at the back of the plot, the residences above have a large double height balcony overlooking the sea. These balconies, to which all the rooms face, can be protected by large movable slatted panels.
